Are you a highly motivated, senior enterprise Java or .NET/C# software engineer with great client consulting skills? Then you may be the individual that we are looking for. We are looking for senior developers with extensive experience (3 years minumum) in J2EE or .NET system architecture design & development, eCommerce, B2B Integration, XML, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Oracle, SQL Server, application performance tuning, and streamlined development methodologies (i.e. XP/Agile). Beyond methodologies and component models we are looking for Java engineers familiar with J2EE architectural principals, including EJBs, JMS, JNDI, servlets JSPs, IoC containers, XDoclet, and Hibernate as well as Enterprise Java Application Servers such as WebLogic and WebSphere; and .NET engineers who are fimiliar with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, and Smart Client.

We are ideally looking for someone who has been exposed to a variety of eBusiness application development and integration challenges as well as a variety of business verticals (i.e. Financial Services, Manufacturing, etc). We prefer individuals with at least 2 years of recent consulting industry experience with some of the larger firms like BearingPoint, Sapient, Accenture, CSC, etc. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management of Information Systems.

Finally, you must be a great communicator, have leadership abilities and be excited about working in a team environment. This individual will also occasionally be asked to assist in the sales process.
